The purchaser agrees and understands the following conditions:

1.) The deposit is non-refundable unless the desired sex is not produced.

2.) If the desired sex is not produced the buyer may choose :

(a) an alternate puppy

(b)   to defer deposit to next litter

(c) to receive a full refund of deposit

The deposit must accompany this Certificate of Deposit to validate the certificate.

The balance must be received prior to shipment or release of puppy. If the balance is not received within 90 days of the whelp of the whelp date litter, the buyer forfeits the deposit and the puppy may be re-sold.
